It's recommended to apply the dust agent at the early stages of disease development or before symptoms appear. A typical application rate is 1 kg per mu (approximately 667 square meters), applied every 7 to 10 days. In severe cases, it can be applied up to 4 to 5 times consecutively. For optimal results, dusting should be done during early morning or late evening when wind levels are low. The process should begin from the far end of the greenhouse and move along the walkway at a steady pace, without entering the rows. While spraying, the nozzle of the duster should be moved back and forth to ensure even distribution. After application, the greenhouse doors should be closed to maintain effectiveness. This method not only enhances the efficiency of pesticide use but also promotes safer and more sustainable crop management practices.
