If zooplankton levels are low, additional fertilizer or 1.5–2 kg of soybean slurry per acre per day can be added to support the larvae.
After about a month of growth, the larvae undergo multiple molts and develop into juvenile shrimp. When the shrimp reach about 1 cm in length, they should be transferred to a grow-out pond for further development. This process ensures that the shrimp have sufficient space and resources to grow into marketable sizes.
