The purchase and use of rake

With the development of the aquaculture industry, weeds are booming both in production and sales. The mower is mainly used for cutting rice straw, wheat straw and other straw and green feed, which can greatly increase production efficiency and reduce labor intensity. However, safety issues must be observed during use. If equipment is not qualified or used properly, it may cause serious personal injury. Therefore, the following points should be noted when purchasing and using. 1. The purchase of rake (1) Check whether the safety device of the rake is complete and effective. All the rotating parts of the rake must be equipped with a protective cover; the distance from the feed axis to the tool axis must meet the following requirements: productivity less than 0.4 t/h must not be less than 3 times the feed inlet width; productivity greater than 0.4 t/h must not be less than 450 mm , And must be equipped with a clutch device; productivity must be greater than 2.5t / h must be installed automatic feed device and overload protection device. The bolts used for the bearing seats and the knife seats must be high-strength bolts, and anti-loosening devices (such as spring washers, etc.) should be added. Do not meet the above requirements of the rake, the use of personal safety accidents, do not buy. (2) Check the appearance quality and assembly quality. The welding part of the rake should be uniform and smooth in the welding seam, and there should be no burn-through or miss-welding. The turf cutter shaft should be flexible and free from seizure when the clutch is disengaged; the protective cover of each part should have a certain strength. 2. Use of lawn mowers (1) The mower should be placed or fixed on a solid, level foundation. It must be stable during operation and cannot have large vibrations. (2) Before starting the machine, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the various parts of the machine. Pull the grass cutter shaft by hand to see if the rotation is flexible, whether there is any crack in the cutter head, whether the fasteners are to be loosened, and it is found that the hidden faults should be eliminated promptly. (3) Allow the rake to idle for a while before operation to observe whether the operation is stable, if there is any abnormal noise, and confirm that the operation is normal and then put it into operation. (4) Feeding should be uniform. If too much feed causes the spindle speed to decrease, it should be shut down. (5) Before processing the feed, the debris in the material should be removed to prevent the hard materials such as iron pieces and stones from feeding along. (6) If grass jamming occurs during operation, immediately disengage the clutch and stop it. Do not open the protective cover while the machine is running. (7) Feeding is stopped before the work is completed, all materials in the standby device are discharged, the clutch is then disconnected and the power is cut off, and the debris in the machine is cleaned. 3. Maintenance and Maintenance (1) Always inspect each fastener for looseness and tighten it. (2) Strengthen the maintenance of bearing seats, couplings, and transmission boxes, and regularly fill or replace lubricating oil and grease. (3) For rakes with adjustable cutting gaps, the cutting gap should be properly adjusted according to the thickness of crop stalks to ensure the normal operation of the rake. (4) When the edge of the blade is found to be blunt, the moving blade is sharpened with the oil stone. (5) After each shift is completed, dust and dirt on the machine should be promptly removed. After the end of each quarter, the debris in the machine should be removed. Anti-rust oil should be applied to the working parts and placed in a ventilated and dry place indoors.
