First, the frequency of cleaning:
1. Before production and after production: clean and disinfect 1 time.

Second, cleaning tools:
Sterilized cleaning cloth, rubber gloves, brush, cleaning pot, tweezers, and tweezers that do not fall off the fibers.
Third, disinfectant:
1. 0.2% benzalkonium solution;
2. 75% ethanol solution.
Fourth, cleaning, disinfection methods:
1. Before the production operation: clean and disinfect the potting machine into the bottle hopper, the bottle hopper, the tooth plate and the outer wall with disinfectant.
2. After the end of production: close the gas valve, turn off the power switch, unplug the power plug, remove the perfusion system, and place it in the designated container.
3. Remove the broken glass chips from the bottle, the bottle, the tooth plate and the potting machine.
4. Wipe the liquid and grease on the bottle, the bottle, the tooth plate and the potting machine with a sterile cleaning cloth, and wipe it with a dry sterilization cloth.
5. Clean and disinfect the bottle into the bottle, out of the bottle, the tooth plate and the outer wall of the potting machine with disinfectant.
6. Remove the ground glass swarf around the potting machine and clean and disinfect the floor with disinfectant.
7. After the potting machine is cleaned and disinfected, fill in the equipment cleaning record, pass the QA inspector's inspection, and hang the “cleaned” status label card, and exit the potting chamber to close the door.
Fifth, the perfusion system is clean and sterilized:
1. In the clean room clean room, rinse the parts with purified water and soak them in 3% hydrogen peroxide for 8 hours to remove the pyrogen.
2. Pour off the hydrogen peroxide, rinse the parts with water for 0.22m filtration and wash the parts for 5 minutes, put them into the designated clean container, and sterilize them in a pulsating vacuum sterilizer for 5 minutes at 132 °C.
