Specification for bag selection of halogen products

I. Purpose and scope
Purpose: To prevent misuse and misuse of packaging bags, to avoid unqualified packaging, to maintain the company's image and reduce company losses.
Scope: This work instruction covers the handling of bags, date of printing, inspection and use of bag employees.
Second, the job specification
2.1 Collection of bags
When the bag is used in the warehouse, before the unpacking, check whether the bag name specification is correct, and whether there is any plastic piece that has not fallen off at the hole. If there is any plastic piece that has not fallen off, use it according to its situation, or return it to the warehouse to be returned by the warehouse.
2.2 Date Standard for Packaging Bags
The standard for date stamping of the package is: clear, complete, firm, and the font size meets the requirements.

2.2.1 A, B is the year in which the batch is produced, such as 2016, where A can be released when it is not printed. For example, print it to 16.
2.2.2 C is the month of production of the product, such as 09 in September. Must be clear and complete.
2.2.3 D is the exact day of the product, such as 01 printed on the 1st. Must be clear and complete.
2.2.4 E is the class number for the production of this product, such as Class A printed as A. Can be released when it is not printed or is missing.
2.2.5 In summary, when the bag B, C, D is complete, it can be released, such as 16/09/01, otherwise it will be reworked.
2.2.6 The date font height is not less than 1.8 mm.
2.3 Print date
2.3.1 Power on. The date and shift must be adjusted correctly each time you turn it on. It must be confirmed that the name of the bag to be printed is correct. The remaining bag must be used before each print date, and a new bag must be used.
2.3.2 Test machine. Use a waste bag, a paper strip, or a bag to be used. Try 5 bags first, and check the date and print position before you can start the official printing.
2.3.3 Process self-test. Check the print date and print position of the bag every 10 minutes to avoid the occurrence of a large number of unqualified bags and reduce the number of rework.
2.3.4 Disposal of defective bags. After the operator of the print date has finished printing, the waste bag must be wiped off immediately and the date is reprinted or wiped off and placed in the designated position.
2.3.5 The date-printed bag is placed in the designated position and used after each bag of the bag using the bag.
2.4 Inspection and operation of the bag
2.4.1 Bag inspection items: 1 with or without date. 2 is the date complete. 3 is the date wrong. 4 bag name specifications.
2.4.2 Before using the bag in the in-package workshop, the bag shall be inspected by a special person to confirm that the bag name specification and date are correct, and the unqualified bag is picked out and placed at the designated position.
2.4.3 Inspection of the bag. When checking the bag, align the stack of bags vertically on both sides, and immediately pick out the wrong size bag and place it in the designated position.
2.4.4 The qualified bags shall be placed at the designated location for use in the inner packaging workshop. After the unqualified bag records the quantity, immediately remove the date and place it in the specified position.
2.4.5 When bagging, the bagger and the metering person reconfirm that the bag is exactly the same as the name and metering of the loaded goods. Each restart of a stack of bags needs to be re-verified before proceeding to the next step.
2.4.6 When the bag is in the bag, it is not allowed to put the unused bag and the bag in use together. Once the bag is finished, the bags that are no longer in use must be cleaned and stored in the designated location.
2.4.7 Unqualified qualified bags can be used in the next production and must be inspected before use. A bag that has not been used up within three days, and the date is reprinted.
2.5 Responsibility
2.5.1 When a bag with the wrong date appears in the finished product, the person who prints the date is responsible for 90%, and the person checking the bag is responsible for 10%.
2.5.2 The contents of the finished product do not match the package (the measurement does not match, the variety does not match), 100% is responsible for the measurement bagger.
2.5.3 When the bag with incomplete date appears in the finished product, it is the responsibility of the inspection bag personnel.
