1. Compressor

2. Condenser: The effect of the condenser is exactly the opposite of that of the evaporator. It is to return the refrigerant R22 back to the liquid state and supply the liquid R22 to the evaporator. In the working process of the compressor, we all know that high pressure and low pressure will occur, and the high pressure R22 will evaporate, then the low pressure R22 will condense. The condenser is such a device, its main purpose is to let the refrigerant R22 dissipate the absorbed heat. In reality, there are two methods, one is to use the special fan of the chiller to dissipate heat, and the other is to use the cooling tower. Perform circulating heat dissipation. The fan that uses the fan to dissipate heat is called the air-cooled box chiller. The fan is placed near the copper pipe. After the fan is blown against the copper pipe, the heat absorbed by the R22 in the copper pipe will be lost in the air. The cooling water tower is called a water-cooled chiller, which uses a constant water that is not supplied from the source to the shell-and-tube condenser. This shell-and-tube condenser is a simple heat exchanger. 3. Compressor: The compressor is the core component of the entire refrigeration system and the source of refrigerant compression. Its function is to convert the input electrical energy into mechanical energy to compress the refrigerant.

4. Expansion valve: The expansion valve is both a flow regulating valve in the chiller refrigeration system and a throttle valve in the refrigeration device. It is installed between the drying filter and the evaporator in the refrigeration device, and its temperature sensing package It is wrapped at the exit of the evaporator. Its main function is to reduce the pressure of the high-pressure normal temperature refrigerant liquid when flowing through the thermal expansion valve, and become the low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant wet steam entering the evaporator, vaporizing and absorbing heat in the evaporator, and achieving the purpose of cooling and cooling.
