Causes and solutions for decomposition and explosion of enamel reactor

With the improvement of technology, the risk of decomposition and explosion during the use of the enamel reactor has been reduced, but improper operation will still cause an explosion explosion accident. The decomposition explosion of the enamel reactor is mainly caused by overpressure and over-temperature of the equipment. The main reasons are as follows.

Factor 1: The impurities in the enamel reactor are brought into the machine, causing local friction and heat, which causes the equipment to decompose and explode.

Measures: Do not drop any impurities in the machine during equipment maintenance.

Factor 2: The enamel reactor heat-generating bearing assembly is worn and heated, and the decomposition temperature is caused by an increase in temperature after the operation.

Measures: Strict inspection of the quality of spare parts is required and the quality of the inspections is improved.

Factor 3: The enamel reactor is equipped with a safety valve that is too small or is insensitive to decomposition and blasting.

Measures: The safety valve sensitivity of the equipment needs to be regularly checked, and the problem needs to be replaced in time.

Factor 4: Decomposition and explosion of the reactor caused by the instrument self-control of the catalyst system of the equipment or the failure of the operation of the catalyst pump.

Measures: It is necessary to overhaul and debug the instrument so that it can reach normal operation.

Factor 5: The friction between the agitator blades of the equipment and the wall of the kettle causes localized overheating to cause decomposition and explosion.

Measures: It is necessary to improve the quality of the enamel reactor and the quality of the spare parts.

Factor 6: The amount of catalyst used in the equipment should be too much or feed or fast, and the instantaneous temperature rises too fast to cause decomposition and explosion.

Measures: Equipment needs to be strictly controlled to control the amount of catalyst, and also requires uniform feeding.

Factor 7: The decomposition and explosion caused by the increase of gas oxygen content in the process system of the equipment are generally not more than 1 ppm.

Measures: Oxygen content in the process system of the equipment is strictly controlled.
