1 heating cable with heat construction

Note: The electric heating belt is laid at 45 degrees below the pipeline (straight line laying) to facilitate centralized control of the electric heat distribution box and reduce the power point. And the heat is transferred from below to the top, so use a straight line in the installation.

(2) When installing the temperature sensor, the temperature sensor should be installed close to the wall of the pipe and away from the heating cable. The temperature sensor should be tightly fixed on the surface of the wall with a tape. The temperature sensor should be placed at an unfavorable position of the system and away from heat. 2 pipe heating construction considerations

(1) When constructing the heating cable duct heating, it is strictly forbidden to drag and fold on the ground, and the cable construction is bent according to the small bending radius of the Zui.

(2) When installing, the heating cable should be close to the pipe surface and fixed.

(3) The electric heating belt should be laid at 45 degrees below the pipeline as much as possible to facilitate uniform temperature.

(4) In some frequent unloading places, such as valves, flanges, pumps, etc., the winding method should be considered to facilitate inspection without damaging the heating cable.

3 acceptance

During the construction process, pre-inspection shall be carried out on the applied project, and pre-inspection procedures shall be carried out. After passing the test, the next process may be carried out. The inspection of the concealed project shall be jointly inspected by the technical person in charge and the owner's representative supervision engineer, and the owner may be delivered after passing the inspection.

Performance and safety tests shall be carried out before and after the construction of the heating cable. The technical parameters meet the design requirements and relevant specifications. The electrical part is strictly inspected in accordance with the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Electrical Installations" GB50254-96.

4 debugging

(1) Preparation for commissioning

1.1 Set the thermostat scale value to the duty temperature value (5 ° C, accuracy is set to ± 1 ° C).

(2) Power-on debugging

After the above tests are confirmed, follow the steps below:

2.1 Close the main switch of the power supply system;

2.2 Check that after the power supply system is working normally, close each heating cable subsystem in turn, and pay attention to whether there is any abnormal situation;

2.3 After confirming that the subsystem power supply is normal, raise the thermostat knob until the red indicator of the thermostat turns dark, the temperature control switch is closed, and the heating cable is connected to the power supply to check whether it is abnormal.

2.4 After confirming that the system works normally, adjust the temperature scale of the thermostat back to the duty temperature and the commissioning is over.
