Network drug sellers should be drug production, wholesale, and retail chain enterprises that have obtained the qualifications for drug production and operation. Other companies, institutions and individuals may not engage in online drug sales. The operator of the online drug trading service platform shall save the drug display information, transaction and consulting records, sales vouchers, evaluation and complaint information on the platform, and the retention period shall be more than 5 years.
