How to care for cows during and after calving

The nursing work of cows during calving and after calving is very important in the production of cattle industry. The nursing is effective, the cows recover quickly, and they have a positive effect on the milk production thereafter. The author made a brief introduction on this aspect of the technology and it is only for the majority of farmers.
1. After about half an hour of calving, the calves will pick up the cows, allow them to stand, and feed 15 kg of mild bran salt water (a bucket of water). Replace with fresh, soft, clean yarrow.
2. If the cow still has a strong culprit after the yak output, the delivery person should immediately clean the arm with 1% of the child, and wash the perineum of the cow thoroughly with 1% of Suer water. The hand is carefully examined in the birth canal for damage, bleeding, and whether there is a second fetus. In case of deeper injuries, suture should be managed. When there is a large bleeding point, hemostatic drugs or ligation and hemostasis are required. In the event of a fetus, we must follow the responsibility of the cow. When necessary, 10-15 ml of 1% novocaine can be used and the tail can be closed and injected.
3. The most common diseases of post-partum cows are uterine shedding, postpartum paralysis, and submandibular dysmenorrhea. Therefore, on-duty personnel cannot leave their posts. When abnormal conditions occur, they must be dealt with promptly. The yield of the tire-bearing garments should be checked for completeness. Do not allow the cows to swallow the tire-bearing garments and deal with them in time.
4. After giving birth, cows are depressed or weak or do not want to stand. They need to be given intravenous injection of 1000-1500 ml of glucose physiological saline, 500-1000 ml of 25% glucose solution, and 20 ml of 2% Anagal; For infection, 200-2.5 million units of penicillin can be dissolved in 1% Angipilolin 20 ml, one intramuscular injection; for pain relief, 30% of metaseminate 30 ml or 40 mg of Antong can be used for intramuscular injection.
5, how long can postpartum leave the delivery room, usually 2 weeks. However, cattle from the delivery room should have normal feed intake, normal lactation, uterine recovery, and clear vaginal discharge. Otherwise it should still be guarded.

The Thermal Cycler (also known as a thermocycler, PCR machine or DNA amplifier) is a laboratory apparatus most commonly used to amplify segments of DNA via the polymerase chain reaction (PCR).[1] Thermal cyclers may also be used in laboratories to facilitate other temperature-sensitive reactions, including restriction enzyme digestion or rapid diagnostics.[2] The device has a thermal block with holes where tubes holding the reaction mixtures can be inserted. The cycler then raises and lowers the temperature of the block in discrete, pre-programmed steps.
