Dragon fruit cultivation techniques

Dragon fruit is also known as red dragon fruit and fairy honey fruit. It is native to Central America and has been cultivated in Fujian, Hainan and Guangdong in recent years. Our park was introduced and cultivated in Hainan in February 2004. It began fruiting in 2005 and started production in 2007. It is easy to cultivate, has fewer pests and diseases, and has a high yield. The results can be obtained in the second year of planting, and the high yield can be entered in the third year. From April to November each year, flowering results will be successively opened. A batch of flowers will be opened every 15 to 20 days, and fruits will mature 30 to 40 days after flowering. The average fruit weight is about 500 grams, the largest fruit weight is 1200 grams, the flesh is white, purple, and red, very beautiful. It is a new type of fruit with good shape, color, and taste. At present, it is mainly sold in large supermarkets and the price is 8 to 12 yuan/kg. The price of our garden site is 8---10 yuan/jin.
1. The selected dragon fruit is a succulent plant belonging to the cactus trigonal column. It is not tolerant to drought and drought and to low temperature. In areas where the average annual temperature is above 20 degrees, it can be planted. The garden should be planted in loam, sandy loam, clay loam soil and hillside land with good drainage, loose fertile soil, good crumb structure, and no sand. Humidity is too high, poor ventilation and easy rotten root rotten seedlings.

2. Standing pillars Dragon fruit should have support to climb upwards, branches naturally sag after reaching the top, hanging branches are easy to become the result branches. Supports should be strong, durable, and inexpensive. We used cement column brackets. With a spacing of 2m3m, a cement column was erected, and 667 square meters of standing 110 column. Cement pillars (specification 8cm8cm210cm) were buried 50cm underground and 160cm above the ground. After the cement pillars were well established, 2 pitayas and 667 square meters of 220 were planted around the cement pillars. We also used bamboo pillars, wooden pillars, etc., but after two years of use, the pillars were rotted at harvest time.
3, planting in the gentle slope to open the terrace planting. After the planting point was determined, it was trimmed. In the 3 meter row spacing, 1 meter of internal malleolus was left as the walking track. The supporting frame and the concrete column were 2 meters wide at the foot of the cement column. The height was 40 centimeters. Apply some farmyard fertilizer, granular organic fertilizer, etc. to the earth and mix it with the soil. Colonization depth of 5 to 7.5 cm, then covered with a little soil cover to root can not. After planting, it is necessary to pour root water once, and water it once every 2 to 3 days in the initial stage to keep the soil moist. Some straw, rice husks, etc. can also be laid on the surface to suppress weed growth and moisture.
4, fertilizer and water management Pitaya plants began to grow normally, can be applied thin fertilizer or organic fertilizer, 1 or 2 times a month. In the growth stage, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium must be balanced, and nitrogen fertilizer should not be emphasized. After flowering and fruiting, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers should be used as the main components. Another year of spraying potassium dihydrogen phosphate 300 times.
5. Pollination, thinning and harvesting pitayas have purple, red and white meat types. The self-fertility rate of white meat type can reach 98%, while some red meat and purple meat types have poor self-floral affinity. Therefore, it is best to mix purple, red, and white meat at the time of planting to increase yield. In the prosperous period of flower and fruit, there are many buds. Sometimes there are nearly 30 buds in the same shoot. The buds must be removed within 8 days of seeing buds; only 1 or 2 can be left for each shoot. After 26 to 27 days after flowers, the peel began to turn red, and after 7 to 10 days, the appearance of the fruit bulges and rounds, and the appearance of luster can be harvested. During harvesting, some stems were cut off from the pedicel, and fruit stems were retained as much as possible. Fruits with stems were more resistant to storage.
6, pest control Seedling stage to prevent snails, cockroaches, caterpillars, can be lime in the tree, grass ash or use poison bait trap. Severe caterpillars can use insecticides. Generally about 3 cm from the new shoots began to spray, and 90% of trichlorphon or 80% dichlorvos plus 50% dimethoate each 1000 times, 20% cypermethrin or 2.5% deltamethrin 2000 to 3000 times. Liquid, 50% of rice flour scattered 1000 times. 7 to 10 days of medication 1, even spray 2 to 3 times. The middle of fruit development can be bagged to prevent fruit flies from eating flesh.

As China leading professional manufacturer and supplier of Chondroitin Sulfate, Chondroitin Sulphate sodium, CHS for over 18`s years, Hi-Tech has great reputation with superior quality products, more competitive price and thoughtful customer service.

Chondroitin is one of the most sought after joint-supporting supplements available on the market today due to how it helps rebuild cartilage naturally and boosts recovery of tissue after injury or exercise. Commonly available in formulas containing similar and complimentary supplements like glucosamine and MSM, it`s taken by many people with joint pain, osteoarthritis, and other signs of [wear and tear" due to aging.

Chondroitin sulfate is an important and major component of articular cartilage, where it occurs as part of the large proteoglycan, aggrecan. In the early stages of joint disease, both in animal models and in man, there are change in chondroitin sulfate that affect the chain length and the pattern of sulfation. These changes can be detected by monoclonal antibodies and appear to reflect part of the cellular response by the chondrocytes to damage to the articular cartilage matrix. The specificity of the changes show that the biosynthesis of chondroitin sulfate is under tight cellular control in chondrocytes and suggests that selected patterns of sulphation within chains are expressed to suit different biological functions.
