working principle

The pump adopts an axially returning pump body structure. The pump body is composed of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a scroll chamber, a liquid return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc., after the pump is normally started, the impeller sucks the liquid stored in the suction chamber together with the air in the suction line, and is in the impeller. The inside is completely mixed. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid entrains the gas to flow to the outer edge of the scroll chamber, and a white foam band and a high-speed rotating liquid ring with a certain thickness are formed on the outer edge of the impeller. The gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the diffusion tube. At this time, since the flow rate is suddenly lowered, the lighter gas is separated from the mixed gas liquid, and the gas continues to rise and discharge through the pump body spout. The degassed liquid returns to the liquid storage chamber, and enters the impeller again through the return hole, and is again mixed with the gas sucked from the suction pipe inside the impeller, and flows to the outer edge of the impeller under the action of the high-speed rotating impeller. As the process progresses from the beginning to the end, the air in the suction line is continuously reduced until the gas is exhausted, the self-priming process is completed, and the pump is put into normal operation. There is no cooling chamber at the bottom of the bearing body of some pumps. When the bearing heat causes the bearing body temperature to rise above 70 degrees Celsius, the coolant can be circulated and cooled by any coolant pipe joint at the cooling chamber. The sealing mechanism inside the pump to prevent liquid from leaking from the high pressure zone to the low pressure zone is a front and rear seal ring. The front seal ring is mounted on the pump body, and the rear seal ring is mounted on the bearing body. When the pump is worn for a long time, the seal ring is worn to a certain extent, and Replacement should be given when affecting pump efficiency and self-priming performance.
