Thin wall stainless steel pipe installation experience

Since the advent of the thin-walled stainless steel pipe in the 1970s, it has used less material. (The domestic use of GB/T19228.2-2003 II series, the unit weight is about a quarter of Japan's JIS3459 304TP SCH20), so it can save a lot of Raw material costs. Although the use of equipment and construction experience is not enough, the reliability is insufficient. In recent years, the domestic industry and the world's peers have continuously developed more sophisticated equipment, processing technology and construction methods. Today, thin-walled stainless steel pipes can also achieve * piping effects. Although the domestic use time is not too long, it is good to have the elites of the predecessors, in the industry, do their best for the country's construction, and now the technology is mature. I would like to organize the guidance and reminders of the industry's predecessors in the installation as follows:

1. Points for attention in the cutting operation of stainless steel pipes:
(1) To cut off, wipe off the oil, debris or dirt on the surface of the tube with a rag or a soft cloth.
(2) Be sure to select a special tool for cutting stainless steel.
(3) The position of the cut, in conjunction with the construction drawing and the condition of the site, use the meter ruler or other measuring tools to draw the determined position and mark the cutting line.
(4) When cutting, use a pipe clamp such as a vise clamp to fix it and then cut it.
(5) The cut surface of the pipe shall be kept in a true circle, and the cut line shall be at right angles to the axis of the pipe. Excessive force is the cause of cutting the tube into flat or elliptical, so the tube should be cut with appropriate force.
(6) The iron filings and burrs on the cut surface should be completely removed with a file or a suitable tool to prevent the iron filings and burrs from scratching the rubber o-ring and other accessories when inserting the joint.
2, stainless steel pipe crimping operation points:
(1) Need to be crossed before construction: During construction, confirm whether to insert the tube into the bottom. After inserting, be sure to confirm that the end face is consistent with the check line.
(2) Insert the crimping joint and the steel pipe straight into the bottom, and avoid the biased insertion to avoid damage to the sealing ring.
(3) Press the joint with a special crimping tool.
(4) The end of the stainless steel pipe must be protected to avoid flattening or deformation.
(5) Foreign matter such as oil, mud, dust, etc. attached to the crimping joint parts and pipes shall be wiped clean, and when the rubber ring of the end part and the crimping joint is attached with foreign matter, water leakage may occur after joining. Do not use.
(6) For piping with brackets, the brackets with piping should be crimped before crimping, otherwise the piping will be bent due to the force of the crimping tools.
(7) If the piping is bent and must be straightened, the part of the piping should be corrected, and the crimping parts should not be forced to bend.
(8) If the joint is loose, please press it again in the same place.
(9) Cutting oil, mineral oil, etc., some oils will cause qualitative changes in the rubber o-ring, and contact should be avoided.
(10) When using a crimping machine, the machine itself must be calibrated once a year to avoid the influence of the gap error and the wear of the fixture.
(11) After Zui, don't forget to "crimp".
3, stainless steel pipe welding:
(1) The joint of welded joints shall be made of stainless steel of the same material. Before welding, the edges of the nozzles (welded parts) shall be removed due to the cutting, and the deformation of the nozzles caused by transportation or handling shall be corrected, and then the welding shall be carried out. . The welding machine is constructed as follows:

(2) Precautions during welding:
[1] The inside of the tube must be kept clean, and no dust, grease, etc. should enter the tube.
[2] The welding must maintain a certain moving speed. The special tool can be used to weld the pipe to the side of the rotating side, which can be made into a uniform welding process.
[3] The wall of the welded part must have the same thickness.
[4] Workers who meet the fusion joints need to submit the samples for application and can only be constructed after approval.
[5] The test water pressure must be 1.5 times the working pressure of the system and not less than 10Kg/Cm2. The time to maintain the pressure is at least four hours, and the water leakage is acceptable.
[6] The slag and other materials generated during welding must be removed.
[7] Where black oxidation occurs, it must be removed by pickling or stainless steel wheel brushing, or after the welding, the surface black oxide is removed and the argon gas in the tube cannot be removed immediately after welding.
[8] The argon welding project shall be processed and manufactured at the factory and transported to the site for assembly or production by the approved processing site of Party A.
4, the necessity of stainless steel tube coating
The coated material should not be evaluated only for its insulation, and should include comprehensive evaluation of the ease of construction, damage resistance during handling and handling, electrical corrosion resistance, etc., and the manufacture of coated stainless steel pipes made of PE raw materials. In the cathode portion (the portion where the current flows in), that is, the material portion is covered, since there is no current flowing in, there is no corrosion of the giant battery or the electric corrosion, so it has a high corrosion resistance. Furthermore, the stainless steel tube will inadvertently come into contact with his metal, thus causing corrosion. For example, steel bars in steel, steel structures, or various materials such as pipe hangers and water supply devices are in contact with various metals, especially steel bars in concrete.
As an effective measure of the anti-corrosion measure, the circuit that constitutes the giant battery is insulated, and the covered stainless steel tube is insulated from the circuit. Giant batteries are mainly caused by environmental differences. In a long pipeline, there is often a large potential difference, so the pipeline should be coated to prevent the giant battery effect and achieve the effect of corrosion.
5, foam coated stainless steel tube
The hot water is transported by the heating equipment through the pipeline to the used area. The integrally formed foamed coated stainless steel tube is used as a good insulation material to achieve good thermal insulation effect, and can also prevent condensed water or potential difference caused by temperature difference. The environment causes corrosion (electrical) corrosion of the stainless steel pipe, and it can be used for resistance treatment to prevent the flame from being caused by fire, and to ensure the safety of life and property.
