Supplementing niacin to cows to increase milk production

Niacin is vitamin B5. In general, nicotinic acid can be synthesized by the microorganisms in the rumen of dairy cows without the need to add extra to the feed. However, cows need more nicotinic acid in the early stage of lactation than any other time. The niacin alone can no longer meet its physiological needs. If it is not supplemented in time, it will affect the milk production, and even cause cows to produce ketones. disease.

The timing of niacin supplementation to dairy cows at the beginning of lactation should start from the second week of milk production and continue until the 12th week after delivery. The amount of supplemental niacin should be 5 to 13 grams per cow per day. For cows already suffering from ketosis, the amount of supplemental niacin should be increased. Each head should be replenished with about 16 grams per day. Feed it for several days, and reduce it after the condition improves. In addition, feeding cows with 5 grams of niacin daily in the fall can increase milk production, especially for cows that are over-fat.

Removable Oxygen Cylinder Filling System

Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main plant to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of compressed air source. The plant produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 93%±3% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure and fill in cylinder with an oxygen booster and compress the oxygen purity to 150bar.

With a customized container, all the parts can be involved in, and removable with a vehicle.
