3, into the tank fermentation

Take out the cage and cool the cooked flour. According to the ratio of material: 160:1, add the purified detox liqueur and mix well. Afterwards, put it into a ceramic vat, seal the cylinder mouth, and place it in a hot dry place. Incubation fermentation 25-35h, moderate removal.

The fermentation process is the key stage. Remember the six-character trick: keep warm, dry, and seal. When the fermentation is about to stop, you can take a little wine and taste it. If it is sour, it means that it hasn't been fermented yet. It should be cooled and stagnated as soon as possible. If you taste a bitter taste, you can't drink any more if the fermentation is over. Therefore, the moderate fermentation is very important. It is necessary to control it according to the conditions under which the fermentation can be controlled.

4, bag filter

5, high temperature sterilization
