After many years of cultivation and regional tests, the Chinese red poplar has stable characters and outstanding specificity. Has four major characteristics:
(1) Leaf color changes in three quarters. Before the middle of June, the leaves of the whole plant were purplish red, shiny, beautiful and attractive. With the change of seasons, the leaves gradually turn into light red and dark red from top to bottom, but the petioles, veins and young shoots are always purple, and the leaves in the deciduous period turn yellow or orange. The top is always like a beautiful flower, colorful, high ornamental value, is a treasure in the colored tree.
(2) Early germination, late leaves. In late March, the leaf (Huanghuai area) leaves leaves in late November. The landscaping and coloring take a long time, and the male has no fly-catching.
