1 Incidence

4 laboratory tests

4.1 Canine distemper detection A dead-eye fox was taken and tested with a canine distemper kit. Canine distemper fever was positive.

4.2 Bacteria culture Aseptically, the livers were cultured in normal agar medium and MacConkey agar medium at 37°C for 24 hours. The results were aseptically grown.

4.3 Microscopic examination of venous blood smears revealed that the infection with Eperythrozoonosis was very serious.

5 Diagnosis

According to epidemiological investigations, clinical symptoms, pathological changes, and laboratory tests, it was confirmed that the dogs were mixed with fox fever fever and eperythrozoonosis.

6 Prevention

6.1 Emergency Vaccinations Emergency vaccination with no disease is vaccinated by the canine distemper vaccine and the viral enteritis vaccine produced by the Institute of Special Products of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Each mouse is injected with 3 mL of each.

Weaning foxes and adult foxes are immunized at the same time. Dogs and cats are strictly prohibited from entering feed and storage rooms. Newly introduced fox must be vaccinated and isolated for 30 days without exception.
