The working principle of the automatic capping machine The automatic capping machine feeds the glass bottle into the bottle-receiving station from the bottle-turning turntable, and the bottle-receiving station runs continuously. The glass bottle is lifted up by the top bottle cam and rises to the cam high position. The cover head is stuck with the glass bottle to be rolled, and the top and bottom are rotated. The disc razor fixed in the working center gradually presses the aluminum cover from shallow to deep, so that the aluminum cover tightly covers the bottle mouth. When the rotating work moves to the low position of the cam, the glass bottle gradually detaches, is dialed out by the dialing bottle, enters the bottle discharging track, and is taken away by the transmission chain to complete the entire rolling process. Due to the use of the eccentric adjustment mechanism, the displacement of the rolling knives can be easily adjusted during the capping process to achieve the desired rolling capping effect.
